There are many moments in life that have an impact on us. One of those moments came 30 years ago when I had the honor to meet Billy Messer. Our friendship through the years is one of the things I count as a true blessing from God. He was the kind of person that you could go to no matter what it was or what time of day. He was always there for you. My heart and my prayers go out to the family. Heaven received an angel today.
