I remember Billy Messer & his wife from East Junior. I have thought so often of them & wondered where they were. Only to find that they were together, such a joyous reunion. From reading thought on Billy & seeing the things he accomplished. I have no doubt that he was a Great Husband, Father, Grandfather & Friend. My thoghts & prayers are with the family.
