Just as someone has already stated, if you met Billy, you embraced Billy. There is no other relationship a person could have with Mr. Messer. He is a gentleman to the Nth degree. He is the perfect example of a loving husband and father. Most of all, he has a wonderful relationship with his Savior, Jesus Christ.
