I only know my life is better just from having known Billy Messer. He is someone I would like my son to be like now that he is a man and about to be a husband. His family always came first. You could tell how much he loved them and how proud he was of his family. He could always make you laugh, or make you feel better if you were down. He had away of making you want to do better.As others have put it..... he had so much style , grace and class. My prayers go out to his family and friends. Billy will be missed .Jeanne B
