I meet Billy for the first time when Cardinal Health and 3Ci came together to become one respiratory company. It was a strange marriage between a very highly structured corporate business and a group of independent specialty companies that joined forces to become 3Ci. Billy was the perfect choice to be the person to help a corporate giant understand how to work with specialty manufacturers and distributors. Billy's personality, knowledge and loyalty to his business partners allowed Cardinal to grow even bigger and stronger? When Billy left Cardinal to return to his own business, he was missed by many of us. Billy will always have a place in my heart and I really respect him. I'm proud to be able to call him my friend.
